SACRILEGIOUS: Fire.Faith.

and the Art of destruction.

In 2018, I took on a university project that pushed the boundaries of creation and destruction. Starting with an old Bible destined for the bin, I used my outdoor fire pit as a tool of intervention. The goal wasn't just destruction, but a deliberate act of selective burning. By carefully applying fire, I aimed to capture the visceral effects of devastation, loss of faith, darker themes, and the dramatic interplay of fire and light. The resulting photographs document this transformative process—where ruin becomes revelation.
